INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, designs, and materials produced by Hakelize remain the intellectual property of Hakelize until full payment has been received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as agreed in the project contract.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Hakelize shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
